Question about HP Business InkJet 2800 Printer
Here we go; I am sat staring at our HP Business Inkjet 2800, which is printing documents off with smears on certain lines.
Possible reasons as to why this is:
1) The print heads need cleaning
2) The bit of paper that got stuck and I had to rip to get it out earlier may have deposited a small amount of paper somewhere that I cannot see and may be jamming something
2a) The removal of said bit of paper may have damaged something...
Either way, its not doing my reports any good and I need to sort it.
Any ideas? Please & Ta X
A bit of paper had jammed under the print heads and damaged them. The paper was removed and the print heads were replaced.
Thanks for the advice guys...
And NO - I don't want to pay for assistance!
