Question about HP PSC 1410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I put in the disc it loads so far then stops saying my computer does not recognise the hardware
The error code tells me the computer is not phisically connected to the device. Either the cable is bad, it is not connected in the right places or the port it is plugged into is bad. Try the device on a friends PC to confirm it still works. Then just rule out the unit, and cable. Lastly try plugging something else into the port and see if the PC likes that device. *mark*
