Question about PayPal Accounts
Before you start please check the status of the transaction in question. If the transaction states that the payment is unclaimed or pending then you should still be able to cancel it. If it does not have a status of unclaimed or pending then you should contact the payment recipient, explain what happened and ask for a refund.
Firstly, to cancel an unclaimed payment sign in and click the My Account tab.
2. Click the History tab in the sub categories section.
3. Click Cancel link in the Action column of the transaction in question.
4. Click the Cancel Payment option.
5. You should receive a message that says that you have successfully canceled the payment.
With the above procedure, you should be able to cancel unclaimed transaction and be able to send it under a different e-mail address as you want it.
Follow the procedure to solve the problem.
