Question about Cell Phones
Hi,from my vast exprience,when problems like this rises which involves deduction in prepaid account,there are two solutions to solve this problem;
1.The best solution to this problem,is to contact your service provider and explain the situation of things to them in order to help you deactivate the error associated with your sim,
2.if the above solution does not solve the problem,it means you have to flash the firmware of your samsung delve,in order to format the entire ROM of your phone.
Thanks and good luck
