614 invalid data

614 definition is Portion of the field is off the tag. A way to explain this is that you've created a field that supports up to 25 characters, and the width of that label is only 2 inches. If you typically print using 22 or less characters in that field, you never see the problem, but when you use 23 or more characters, you get a 614. Meaning that characters 23 and higher don't fit in the designated space.

You could move your field closer to the edge of the label to see if you can get additional room for the additional characters. You could choose to use a smaller font, or reduce the width of the current one being used so as to fit more in the same space, or you could consider using a feature in the printer to ignore imaging errors.

Note that using that feature can give you the net result of not all of the needed data fitting on the label that you designed. That could cause pricing errors, incorrect or unwanted descriptions, various other codes, etc.

Reply back if you think that you'd like to use the feature of ignoring the imaging errors and I can see if your printer supports the feature, as well as provide the step by step you need to enable and disable the feature for versions that support the function.

Blinking yellow wrench light on pride jazzy 614 HD

Your version has a Dynamic Controls model controller and joystick.
Unplug the charger and engage the motor/brake lever so the chair is no longer in free-wheel mode (con't push by hand)
Turn the chair off, wait 5 seconds, turn the chair back.
If chair still does not run and your wrench is flashing you have a problem. Count the wrench flashes - the flash count indicates the error detected. 3, 4, 5, and 6 flashes indicate and error with the motors.
3=Left motor fault
4=Right motor fault
5=Left brake fault (may not be engaged)
6=Right brake fault (may not be engaged)
Any other fault code usually means the electronics or wiring is bad and not worth fixing.

Password protect wireless access

You'll need to access the administrator web page for your router, and then set a security key (password) for wireless users.

614 error message on Monarch 9820. Is this programming?

A 614 status code is telling you that a portion of the field is off the tag. Either the data that you're sending to the printer needs to be adjusted, or the software program/driver that you are using needs to move the data field within the scope of the label size itself.

Longoftheshort... If you tell your printer to print the word HELLO, but you start the H to the far right of the label, the ELLO is technically off the label. This is what 614 is trying to tell you. The rest of the label might print out okay, but not that one field. Adjust your label, or don't print as many characters in that field, and you could find the 614 going away.

Though the actual issues is a little deeper than what I have explained, it should give you a basic understanding of the issue.
