Hi,

To reset the control use this key dance within 5 seconds press:

HEATED DRY, NORMAL, HEATED DRY, NORMAL

The clean light blinks as it ran a cycle and the water did not heat properly. I have put together a page showing what might cause this. Take a look at the link and let me know if you have problems or questions.

    Thank you,

If you just had it moved out and back in the cabinet I would suspect he accidentally disconnected a wire to the heating element in the back bottom, they stick down and can be caught when moving in and out.

    Just a thought

Water temp and pressure can cause problems if they are not accurate.

Lock light stays on my whirlpool quiet partner II

If pushing and holding the lock button till the light goes out doesn't work, you likely have a problem on the circuit board.

SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS CYCLE
To start the Service Diagnostics Cycle, press the
following keys, in order, in less than 6 seconds, while in standby(power on but unit off):
Heated Dry, Normal, Heated Dry, Normal
To Rapid advance one interval at a time, press the Start key, noting that
unlike Standard cycles, the Diagnostics Cycle automatically resumes
after door openings and does not require pressing Start to resume.

Once the diagnostic cycle has run and shut off, run a normal wash cycle, empty and with no detergent, to reset the control to factory "normal" operation. Make sure there's plenty of hot water.
