GE Profile Harmony DPGT750EC Electric Dryer not heating

I have GE Profile Harmony DPGT750EC Electric Dryer that is not heating. When I put it in Service mode I get the following error displayed. ''The Blower is not getting up to speed. Please check the blower motor and inverter.'' I've pulled apart the unit and tested the resistance on the motor and i''m getting 14 ohms like I should and the board is testing correctly as well. Any ideas?
