Question about Televison & Video
Recently I've started to have a problem with the tv whereby after anhour or so of it being on the sound goes down automatically withoutanyone touching it or the remotes. The red light flickers as the soundgoes down until the sound cuts out totally.
I would be very grateful if you could let me know what to do about this probelm. Many thanks Lucy
Check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

hi there, have the same kind of problem twice so far after was bought for me as x-mas present (although my viera isnt plasma, its an LCD TX-32LMD70A)..
I Pulled out the mains plug for about 10-20 seconds and then plugged back in (power button at top was pushed in, in the on position, so when the power was on, the tv just goes straight on). It then worked.
i would however like to know why this happens ( i really hope this isnt a hardware problem, as like many others... its only months old!!)
hope this helps

Call Panasonic customer service. This is a well-known problem (I had the exact same problem with my television) and Panasonic will send over a technician to fix your television. I needed two new parts to be installed. Once the new parts are installed your tv should work fine (although now my volume doesn't work).

SOURCE: TV won't turn on!
The failure on these LCDs is mostly with a defective power supply. It appears like the voltage is not enough to make it work.
I repair these power supplies, let me know if you require further assistance. You can also write to [email protected] for more info.
