You might try Daemon Tools free optical media emulation software. I tried it years ago but couldn't make it install so don't be surprised if you have problems:
Daemon Tools download
Good luck-

My acard technology pro burns dvds but the target dvds end up all scratchy like quality the pixels move and everything

is resolutions pixel problem only on the dvd disks you burn?
you might have to save the dvd to a file first then burn it to a dvd
are you copyning from another dvd or from a saved file ??
you might be burning it as data
this might be a problem with the quality of the dvd disks you are using or might be the software you are using there are lots of free burning sofrware programs on the internet
this might be because you have not selected the option to burn an audio or data dvd or your burning software does not support dvd burning
there are plenty of free burning software programs on the internet

When I Donloaded Sniper Ghost Worrier It was in .iso format i opened it with Israck the PROPHET folder is not extracted WHY?

You don't extract the contents in any iso files in the way you are doing, you just burn image iso files to an CD/DVD using any image burning software eg imgburn, nero, magicISO, etc....and install the software from the burned CD/DVD.

or

You can load the iso image with a virtual Drive,(ie if you virtual Drive support iso format), and install the software from the virtual Drive.

Hope it helps.

Cant download VersaJette M300 without disk

M300 Vista Driver Image (ISO CD must be made) http://downloads.versacheck.com/download/m300patch/cdvjm300.zip

There are two ways to use the .ISO file: 1. To burn the .ISO file to any CD/DVD use a CD/DVD burning software like Nero, Roxio etc. Then run the CD/DVD to install drivers. or 2. Use a Virtual CD/DVD Drive Software which will allow you to use the .ISO file without burning it to a CD/DVD ROM. This software will create a Virtual CD/DVD drive which can open the .ISO file and let you use it just like a regular CD. Here is a list of some Virtual CD Software titles available: 1. Microsoft Virtual CD Drive Tool Free from Microsoft 2. ISO Buster 3. Deamon Tools 4. Undisker can open and install ISO files-free trial period

Dvd/cd-rom

what have you tried?
does it spin when you put a disk in?
have you tried using a cleaning kit?
how old is your dvd cd drive, how much usuage have you given to it? you may need to consider replacing the item.
have you installed any virtual drives? I remember dealing with an issue semilar to one described due to a virtual drive that I had installed.
if possible check the datacable.
firmware is something that you may want to update, read carefully for instructions in the manufacturer website... no garanteed that will fix any hardware issue like a faultry track that may need to be lubed, a broken motor or a faulty/dirty lense.

What does deactivate virual drive and emulation software mean.thankyou roy

You must have a virtual drive program installed, something like daemon tools or ulltra iso, What these programs do is allow you to open a cd/dvd image on your hard drive without burning it to a disc.

If you deactivate the virtual drive then you will just nedd to reactivate it if you want to mount an image to it.
All it is doing is creating a dummy drive and emulating a real cd drive on your system. Windows and the software you mount to these virtual drives can not tell the difference between virtual and physical drives
