Re-install the Operating System that was "factory-installed" onto the computer (Vista? 7?), and the correct device-drivers will be loaded.

You probably have "abandoned" other "ancient" Microsoft products (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000), and now it's time for you to get used to Microsoft's newest Operating Systems, namely Vista and/or 7.

Wireless not shown

Probably yes. Try uninstalling your current driver (control panel > hardware & sound > device manager) and then restarting it.
Most often than not, windows will try to re-install the driver automatically for you.
If it doesn't work, then try to install the driver manually from Dell's support website.
http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/04/Product/inspiron-1121
I believe that's the right page for your problems. Just navigate to the "Drivers & Downloads" tab and select your network adapter. There should be many options there, and if you're confused, refer to your laptop's spec sheet. Usually for Dell, it's either Broadcom or Intel.

They are for WIN7 64bit. Try this one 1st: Intel Intel(R) WiFi Link 5300, Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100

WiFi can't instlalling in my laptop(dell Inpiron N5010),

Driver for Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-Bit) are available.
As the laptop comes with 64-Bit version, these drivers are available at Dell Official Site.
Dell Inspiron WLAN (Wifi) Driver for Windows 7 32Bit are not available from Dell Official or Microsoft Update (online).
I came accross this issue and solved it by searching 32Bit Drivers for the WLAN hardware and found the drivers. Below is the link from Intel Official Support.
Intel WiFi Link 1000BGN Drivers
Download/ Install the drivers/ and Enjoy wireless internet connectivity!
From adaptor properties - Advanced, select AUTO for 802.11n Channel Width to experience 300Mbps downlink Data Rate.!!!

Hope it helps! Good Luck!
