E02-02 - what does this error mean for a DP-C213?

You can clean the drum glass first (rod should be attached inside the door for it). Small hole under the drum visible after taking the waste toner container out. Stick the rod with the spongy side of it in there and push it in - pull it out couple of times. ( :) )
Other than that I#d change the drum or dev...it depends on the type of the "haze".
Be sure you are using _original_ toner. If not, change developer _and_ toner to original - the copier might not able to calibrate by factory standards.

Ensure you have the current PS firmware and a PS key.

There are two Drums for this unit, one for black color ( DQ-UHN36K) and one for color (DQ-UHS30).

error 726 is Recieved an error response from the DNS server. Incorrect POP server address is set. Incorrect SMTP Server address is set

You can get the postscript printer driver here, assuming your printer has the postscript option installed. Also other note is that this driver only supports up to the Leopard operating system (10.5). No drivers yet for Snow Leopard (10.6). The installer crashes when trying to install on 10.6

the drum must not be touched when inserting into device, this releases a flag and the u29 code will still appear. try another drum where the "flag" at the rear is in it's correct position.

The DP-C213 is still a current model for Panasonic. Go to Panasonic's website and find a local dealer to help you. --
To clarify, what company did you purchase or lease the mfp from?
