Just adding this we can continue Brenda. Did you take off the clutch cover? Was it stuck on the saw? Is the chain outboard or inboard of the clutch drum? Model number not engine or bar size. Stay with me we will get through this.

Brenda is it possible the chain brake is tripped and the clutch is not properly installed? Please post back below with a model number UT-5Digits.

Remove the bar and chain--start the engine--do you get the same noise? If so, then remove the entire starter mechanism--look for loose/damaged parts, especially anything related to the components that engage the flywheel/crankshaft when the cord is pulled. Normally, the chain adjuster screw is important only while adjusting the chain--once the bar clamp screws/nuts are tightened, the adjustment screw is tightened so that it won't back off. Hope this helps!

The agitator seems loose on my Maytag top loading machine.. model LAT9206BAE it started this after one of my kids overloaded the machine.. works fine but makes a loud clanging noise while washing.. almost...

Use a 1/4 inch nut driver to tighten the set screw to the agitator shaft. It is about 3 inches up from the bottom of the agitator on the side of the agitator.

Engine clanging funny when started

Noises coming from the inside of an engine are not good. Someone needs to pull the right side engine cover and look at the clutch, crankshaft drive gear and kick gear. It sounds like something has come loose.

Clanging noise rear and rear don't pull

The axle probably lost a keeper ring on the inside of the differential and the pieces may be going through the differential and ring&pinion gearing making the noises you hear. You will need to drain the oil out, find the broken pieces, and inspect all gearing for broken/damaged teeth, and for any noisy bearings. Flush the case out with cleaning solvent. Re-insert the loose axle after cleaning and inspecting it well--especially the interior end. Replace the keeper (new) on the axle end inside the differential spider gearing. Inspect the brakes on the loose axle side for any oil deposits and for any damage that might have been caused when the axle came out. If the differential is badly damaged, it might be cheaper to find another rear end in a wrecking yard. Hope this helps!

Noise from rear suspension on 2003 Honda Odyssey.

a clunking clanging noise sounds very much like your stabilizer bar end links and bushings. you have a thin rear "sway" bar on the rear of your odyssey. this can cause a whole lot of noise. grab each side and pull/push. if it feals loose, replace the end links and bushings.

On my 2000 blazer. every time i hit the gas pedal i here a clanging noise, and if i hit the breaks hard i here the same clanging noise. what could this be??

Sounds like something loose is swinging with the stop and go momentum. Look underneath for something loose, like exhaust. Have someone listen close by while you drive it slow in forward and reverse, to try to pin point it.

There is probaly a loose screw in the pump. You should get it fixed before it gets worse.

CE is the marking that shows its european conformant.  I think the difference is mostly in terms of the no volt interlock switch.  This means the KA style N50 bowl won't work with the CE models - too low.
