Question about Fedders R6DH45X Dehumidifier
My unit originally came with a separate plastic adapter for a garden hose, and there is a circular knock-out on the back where the hose would exit the unit. Not sure if this will help or not, but it appears as if the part was available - but is now discontinued: http://www.repairclinic.com/Fedders-Dehumidifier-Parts?s=t-R6DH45X-%3d%3db168a14c245

Is there a rubber plug in the right hand mid back pannel ? if so you probably have a unit that can have a drain installed . If you look in the hole you will see a white plastic tube near the front of the unit . You can access it from where the tank slides in . it just needs a short hose and a garden hose adapter .
