Turn off and hold down the 6 key, turn on while still holding 6 until all 3 lights on control panel stay lit. Use the 3 key to scroll on screen until COLD RESET is displayed, then touch 6 again and should reboot. If you are not getting a display at all you need to get a FORMATTER

Mfp 3027 is making a winding noise. i already replace gear kit.

If it is making a wah wah sound when printing, or grinding, the problem is the bushings on the lower pressure roller. Remove the fuser again and check the bushing on the driven side of the fuser. If there is a bunch of dust and you can see a visible gap between the shaft of the pressure roller and the bushing then that is the cause of your problem. If the printer has less than 150,000 pages on it, stop now and do not disassemble anymore of the fuser, see my tip here, as the fuser is covered under an extended warranty by HP. Act quickly though as this warranty extension expires on June 30th.

Hp Designet 500 plotter power supply fan not rotating

Does it show the HP logo at boot up? Does it show an error code? If it boots but fan does not turn then the power supply must be replaced. If it doesn't boot, then the first step is to replace the power supply.
