Not much to go on! Often the cause is malware and cluttered hard drive. You may want to download the following free programs; Ccleaner and malawarebytes.
Links below. Download them, install them and run them. I'd run Ccleaner first so malawarebytes doesn't have to trawl through thousands of temp files.
