Question about Olympus FE-230 Digital Camera
Okay laugh if you want but I accidentally put my Olympus FE-230 through the wash! And...it still worked! New pictures were a little washed out video worked fine and it's been getting progressively better during the last couple of months. Lately though it just tries to turn on..opening and closing etc... Then turning off. We've recharged the battery but it's still happening. We're going to get another camera but are wondering if this one might still come back to life. Might it just be the battery that's fried? I don't want to throw it away if it might be salvaged! Thanks for any advice you may give!jennifer

No. The camera is slowly corroding inside and is a write-off, sorry. It's amazing that you had any use at all after it's adventure!
