Question about GE (PSS26MSRSS) Side by Side Refrigerator
The first place to start is with the power off, place an amp clamp around the "common" wire from the compressor. Now turn the power on and check what your amp draw is. If there is no amp draw, then the compressor is not running. Why is the compressor not running? When you say you "checked continuity of the compressor, ok" I take it that you found your run, start, and common windings, and that by doing a little math you determined everything was good. If this is the case, then check to make sure the capacitor is good, and any starting relay that might be used is in correct working order. Hope this helps
