Question about IBM eserver xSeries 360 8686

NMI ISSUED PRESS ESC TO TURN OFF NMI IN IBM SERVER
the above error indicates , a non maskable interrupt occurred in your server , there may be a change of malfunction of a hardware ,like add on cards
one more solution in ibm server is disablig the NMI interrupt by using jumper settings (inside motherboard)

The following illustration shows the switches and jumpers on the system board:
Note: Any jumper blocks on the system board that are not shown in the illustration are reserved. The following table describes the function of each jumper block:
Jumper Settings CMOS jumper (JP3) Pins 1 and 2: Keep CMOS data (default)
Pins 2 and 3: Clear the CMOS data, which clears the power-on password and administrator password Boot block jumper (JP4) Pins 1 and 2: Normal (default)
Pins 2 and 3: Recover boot block NMI (non-maskable interrupt) switch (SW1) Normal (default): No NMI issued
The NMI button that is on the rear of server, connected to this switch, has been pressed: NMI issued
