My samsung bell cellular is on offline mode what does that mean no service at all

Maybe the phone is locked. return it from where you bought it. They should be the to fix it for you.

How do I turn off Offline Mode on my Samsung J700i


This is the procedure to turn the offline profile on: To switch to Offline profile, press <Menu> → Settings → Phone settings → Phone profiles →
Offline.

To switch it back simply choose another profile from the list. Good luck

On my handset it says offline mode and i have no service whatsoever on a samsung sph-A640


go to menu, then phone profiles, then change the profile to anything other than offline. offline mode is also known as flight mode which allows you to keep your phone on while on board an aircraft.

Offline mode


Offline mode is an indicator of water damage or moisture damage. This is considered physical damage to the phone, and one would have to pay the deductible if you had insurance in order to get a replacement. If you don't have insurance, check for upgrade eligibility.
