i just got my garmin c530 and i loving it except that the screen goes black and it wont power on it has down this to me already once before and i followed the soft reset instructions on garmins website and it worked again but this is the second time it has down this to me and it will not allow me to do the soft reset again theres no power to it seems like ... what should i do?? is there a way to hard reset it?

WizThere is a Master Reset procedure, but you would lose all of your favorites if you did it. To do a Master Reset, turn the unit off. Press and hold the on button and the bottom right of the screen at the same time. Release the on button when the unit comes on and asks if you want to do a Master Reset. Again, this will ERASE ALL OF YOUR FAVORITES.
