try taking out the battery, unplugging it from the power chord, and hold the power button for a couple of seconds. this should drain the bios and force a restart, erasing your password. after, put your battery back and plug it back in. goodluck

2700c like other SL3 type of phone is very expensive to openline or unlock ...because as of now no FREE software that can use to openline SimLock3 phone ...in the phillipines it cost around 2,500 pesos or around 55 USD to unlock your phone..
