Question about Samsung ML-3051ND Laser Printer

My Samsung CLP 610NP printer presents with "LSU hsync error Please cycle power" after printing several pages. Any suggestions to fix problem? Becoming more frequent, and even recurs sometimes straight away after power down and restart...

    Should have read Samsung CLP 610ND printer.



    There is no power button on the printer to hold down for 30 seconds - only an on-off switch. Which button do you mean on the console?

    The on/off button is a toggle switch on or off. Is it really meaningful to keep pressing a toggle switch for 30 seconds when it is already switched to on? It can't toggle any "further" on, and its not going anywhere apart from staying on!

First, start with power cycling.

Disconnect the printer from the computer and from the wall socket. Leave it disconnected for 10 minutes. Then plug it back in.

After that, try to restart the printer spooler. Here's how:

1. Start > Run or Search > type "services.msc" > Enter.
2. Locate and click the "Print Spooler".
3. Click "Stop the service", then click "Restart the service".

If same problem occur, uninstall the printer driver, and install the updated version of it.

Last, contact the manufacturer to check for any possible hardware and software problem. This is not an ordinary problem, if the error message keeps re-occurring.

1.Turn off the printer. 2.Shutdown the computer.
3.Disconnect the cable connecting computer and printer from both of the ends. 4. Disconnect the cable connecting the printer and wall outlet from both of the ends. 5. Hold down the power button on the printer for 30 seconds. 6. Now, connect all of the cables back in. 7. Now, restart the printer. 8. Restart the computer.

I just replaced the cartridge in my ML-2850. I have an error LSU Hsync Error . Cycle Power


LSU is your laser assy. Sounds like you have a major problem. Laser usually needs replacing with this fault.

Hi ...

LSU stands for Laser Scanner Unit ... you normally get 2 different kind of errors with LSU ...
LSU Hsync or LSU Motor Error ...
If you get this error, it means that the Laser Scanner Unit has gone bad and the only way to get it fixed is to get the printer repaired ...

Samsung CLP-315 system error


Low heat error comes from the fuser unit, there is a thermostat on the fuser change that and it will work

Printer has ''internal error''


Hi there,
  • Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
  • Unistall the printer drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the printer appications
  • restart the computer
  • try to download drivers from the website
  • after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
  • then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page.
