Last week I got another Env because I dropped my other one and it wouldn't work anymore. I never had this problem with my old one, but the new one just encountered this today. At least I found a solution. Thank you.

Sometimes on my Env when i am trying to delete my text messages the "okay" button will not work. this happens only when i am trying to delete a text message. the solution i have found is quite simple. just turn the phone off completely and then turn it back on in a few minutes. if this does not work then try removing the battery when you turn the phone off. this always seems to make the button work and i am able to delete the messages.

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!
