Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player

1 Answer

No files found

Okay, I have had a 2G SD disc for awhile and at first it played fine. Then I added more songs to it, but when I tried to listen to them on my ilo I noticed that many of the songs were missing I went from about 100 to 70. Yesterday I added about 6 songs and today I could not find them on my ilo. I hooked it up to my windows media player and it showed that the songs were indeed on it. So I deleted all the songs from it and re-sync. 244 songs. When I immediately tried to listen to them on my ilo it said No Files Found. The Copy protect is not on, the songs are not protected and my windows media player automatically converts all songs before it sync's. I have not changed any settings from when I first started using both my ilo and SD disc. I also sync the same songs to my mom's mp3 player yesterday and hers play fine. I am at a loss for why my ilo is acting up and I'm frustrated. Please help me.

You just need to import your songs into iTunes library, then make a playlist with the songs, connect your iPhone to computer, iTunes will detect the iPhone automatically, then click iTunes menu "File -> Sync iPhone ", the songs will be transferred from iTunes to iPhone. If you want to know how to put DVD movie on video on iPhone, this tutorial will help you a lot.

I put songs on my micro sd memory card but my phone wont readthem

Found this youtube training video exactly how to do it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pefPyXwmyo

There are a few tricks, such as formatting the SD card in the phone first, to create the special media folders; deleting the finger print file; playing the files in vcard on the phone.

Also, if the mp3 files come from iTunes and were purchased from the internet, they may be encrypted so they can only be played on the computer they were purchesed from - they will need to be burned to CD, then ripped back (removes the security, and some sound quality loss?), or use a special purchased tool to remove the security (there are tools out there, I just haven't bought/used any of them).

My sanza isn't reading any songs that i put on there anymore. I tried to delete the songs but it didn't work. so i tried to format it so i can free up all the space but it said format cannot be completed....

Okay are you talking about the internal memory or the SD disc?
If it is internal memory you could try a reset = Press and hold for 20 seconds the ON and PLAY (>||) buttons at the same time.
or
If it is the SD did you upgrade your Sanza to support Slot Radio? Slot radio does not use a file structure supported by Windows computer system.

Doesn't show mp3 files on micro sd card

You have to drag and drop only the MP3 files into the music folder. If you have them organized and in folder by artist, drag only the MP3s into the card's Music folder.

The Music Library on my HTC touch HD doesn't find any files

If you go to Library, all songs (the treble clef - 5th along) and see if they're there... If they are, play one, then go back out and they should all appear.

"No song" bug

Are these MP3s VBR or fixed speed? -- And does this problem also happen with WMA's? I guess I would try different speed (128/160 BPS) type MP3 and also WMA. I would venture the problem is PROBABLY in the mp3 files. (Mostly because Winamp can't seem to play them either.)
