Question about Foxconn (755A01-6ELRS) (K8S755A6ELRS) Motherboard
Well really it doesn't matter to an extent, because you can easily upgrade you powersupply to something bigger and not worry about it aslong as it has the right connections for your motherboard (most are all the same and work for about any motherboard but there are some funny ones) just read the specifications on the power supply and see what type of cords are included and how many. The power in your power supply really just means how much your pc can handle at once, for instance i run ATI Crossfire with 2 really powerful graphics cards and the minimum required power supply amount is 500w so to be safe I'd get one of 550 or 600 incase I had some other really powerful hardware that would need to use it.

You can go as high as you want. Typically the higher the wattage, the more devices you can add as motherboard inputs are standardized so it won't make a bit of difference to the motherboard just so long as you stick with ATX power supplies. So you could go to 650w or even more and it won't make a difference, although you won't need that much wattage unless you have lots of drives and a power hunger discrete graphics card.
