Constant reseting of HP Wireless (P2360AA) USB...

Hi Guys,

I have a HP Wirless (P2360AA) USB Keyboard and Mouse Kit connected to my HP Media Centre PC running XP pro. I am regularly needing to reset my mouse with the receiver unit upon the start up of windows. This was not required for about two years when I first started using the Mouse and Keyboard unit. I now have to reset every time I remove the batteries from the mouse.

The problem may be related to an update affecting the KBD.exe file, but I am not certain. So, I have searched the Microsoft and HP driver update pages with no luck.

Please let me know if this is a known problem or if there is a solution.

check some Option Driver's control Panel system - Hardware - Device Manager - go to Keyboard's Up Date Drivers your Problem Solove ok
