Question about Krups FME4 Coffee Maker
I have a Krups FME4 drip coffeemaker. Today, I went to open the door to the coffee basket, and the door popped off. There's a long, metal rod that came out as well. It's the circumference of a paper clip, and about 6 inches long, then it bends to a 45 degree angle for about another 1-1/2 inches. How do I put it back together?
Just had the same problem today so I thought I would share with you how to fix it. The spring runs up through the door that opens, pop off the silver top and the wire where it makes a L, lock it into the top and put the silver top back on. The switch on the right is only to hold the door open. Good luck.
