Question about Philips 50PFP5332D 50 in. Plasma Television
This is a Common Problem on this Set. Kindly Check to make sure that the Video Cable is Fine. There is nothing wrong with it.
Other than this, you need to Open the TV and get it Repaired. We need to Check :-
Samsung BN96-02034A BOARD, Y BUFFER UPPER ASSY
Samsung BN96-02216A BOARD, Y LOWER BUFFER ASSY
These are the main Causes. Once we would Inspect and Test these, we could move onto Check T Conn Board and other Components.
But, as we Discuss more often it is the Buffer Board that Needs replacement. If you wish, you could Call a Repairman and get it Fixed. But, if the Buffer Boards would be at fault, be ready for an Expense of more than $500.
If you have Tools and Experience and wanted to Fix it Yourself, let me know and i would be glad to Follow up.
Let me know,so that we could Proceed.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
