Connect the memory card on the PC with the help of Card Reader. Go to My computer, inside you will see the Removal Disk you have connected. Right click and choose format. If it gives you an error then there is a problem with the memory card.

plug out your memory card . conect it to pc using a card reader.make a backup.then format your memory card.it will then be fine.

After formatting from pc when i inserted in n72mobile its showing memory card currupted--i have done 5 times but not working in mobile

You have to format the memory card on your mobile.After formatting the memory card from mobile setting it is going to work fine.

Try formatting it; plug it in, go to my computer, right-click, and format. do a quick format.

Problem with the memory card of Nokia 6600


Connect your mobile to A pc on data transfer mode. Right click on you mobile memory card and format it. Open any folder on your pc go to tools, folder option and then select show hidden files and folders and deselect 02 more hide boxes below it. Now browse your memory card for any unnecessary files or folders, i.e. boot sector virus. comment back if you cannot use your card after doing this also.

MMC memory card is corrupted (1GB). does not format.


Please try to format the memory card using a memory card reader on computer and then insert the card back in phone, it will say corrupted again, but now you try again to format it from phone and it should work now,,.....
