Unfortunately, You have failed components inside your TV. The fuse is only for safety (so your house doesn't burn down). Contact your local TV repair shop for further advise.

Suddenly microwave stopped working

(would really like more info- digital number dead as well?)

(assuming completely dead) Could be a couple of things:
- blown fuses (inside, relatively easy to replace, std size avail at Raioshack) <-- most likely
- cut/loose power cord connection inside.
- (unlikely but worse case scenario) Door was closed crooked- one tong hit one door switch before the other- causing a short circuit internally that "self destructs" the microwave to prevent it ever operating with an open (or even crookedly ajar) door, irradiating any users. Typically it just blows the fuses, but if fuses blow immediately upon replacing and turning power on, then possibly one of the switches fused or melted internally, and needs to be replaced.

1993 Goodman gas furnace keeps blowing fuse when first turned on

You can take each thermostat wire off the control board and use a ohm meter and test to ground, should not have any resistance. Another way is turn off power take each wire off the board, then place one wire at back on the control board terminals ome at a time, untill the one you get to the one that blows the fuse. If the wires check out good sometimes the thermostat itself can have a internal short and cause the fuse to blow.

I have a VTX1300c and the ignition fuse keeps blowing and have checked all wires and have no problem so what could it be

Is the fuse blowing just turning on the key....or while the bike is running?

I'm not familiar with your particuliar model....but if the fuse blows immediately....test the Kill switch on the handlebar for a short.
Test your ignition coils primary and secondary for an internal short.
I think your bike has a fuel pump, if so...perhaps there is a short there, or its drawing too much current.

GE JES1855 1100 Watts Microwave Oven not working. Display lights do not come on. Checked wall plug and it is ok.

Sounds like internal fault protection fuse blew. can be fixed by qualified technicians. their is very high voltage coils and capacitors within this unit and can cause harm or death instantly if not discharged properly.

I have a Sony STR DB930. Something happend and it

The fuse blowing is a symptom of something seriously shorted internally. What preceded the initial problem? Smoke is bad. Fire would be soon to follow without the fuse blowing. Take it to a tech.

Ground zero amplifier overheating and going into protect.

Since you changed the amperage of the fuses and the cable, you allowed the internal problems of the
amplifier to get worse than they were before the original fuses started blowing.

A fuse is a safety instrument that blows instead of your amplifier.

The problem is NOT the fuses frequently blowing, as such events warn you of internal problems with
the amplifier which you should have had serviced at the time to prevent them getting worse.

It is very much like the persons who replace the fuses in their household wiring with pennies, to prevent
frequent fuse replacement only to have their house burn down from overloaded circuitry.

Service your amplifier immediately.

Revert to the original amperage on all fuses in your vehicle to prevent a car fire.

Our sub woofer stopped working

Hello Levelle,

Fuses are designed to be protection devices, that is, to destroy themselves in order to protect an electronic circuit. Now, when brand new replacement fuses blow, it could mean two things: 1.- The replacement fuses are below the specified rating (you can find the rating by reading around the end metal caps of the original fuse), or
2.- The internal circuitry of the unit is damaged and is causing the fuses to blow immediately.

There is not much you can do yourself, unless you are technically inclined and know how to test the unit for internal damage. If you are not technically inclined, your best bet is to have the unit inspected to asses the damages and the cost of repair if you elect to do so.
Hope this helps. Let me know if we can be of further assistance.

Blows internal fuse

Now is time to check the capacitors that lead to the fuse. Also check the ground circuit too, then let me know. The tests must be done with an ohm meter or similar device.
