Question about Dell OptiPlex GX280 PC Desktop
I installed a ati raedon pci e dvi video card in me dell gx280 pci e slot. I want to run 2 monitors. Now my computer will not even start up, it keeps telling me to shut down computer and plug in the video card. Which it already is. It keeps saying the video configuration is not set up. The other monitor is connected to the video card on the mother board.
I had exactly the same problem on my friends Dell GX280. It will only let you use the onboard card or the new radeon card not both together. In the end we had to buy a Radeon card that was made specifically for two monitors and disable the onboard card on BIOS. It would not let us use the two seperate cards in unison.
