Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
Well you don't reset the console per say but you do have to format the hdd.
Basically if you installed the hdd correctly then when your system starts it should notify you that in order to work your hdd needs to be formated. Go through the wizard and it should take care of the rest it's self. You may show a loss in hdd space but thats normal because it needs space for the system updates, program files, etc.
