Hi my whirpool oven is stating F 03 what do i have to do? Thanks

Usually the F-03 error code means you have a bad oven tempreture sensor. To test the tempreture sensor you would use a multimeter set to ohms. At room tempreture the sensor should read between 1000-1100 ohms any less then this and you would replace the oven tempreture sensor in the unit. If you have any further questions message me back. Please also remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future. Thanks
p.s I also looked afterwards in your service manual and the F-03 error code does refer to the oven tempreture sensor

F2 error display on kenmore oven model 911.47869. Bottom element not working but has continuity on ohmmeter. Top element working. Oven sensor has continuity on ohmmeter too. What else to check???

Hello, That is great that the oven tempreture sensor has continuity but you would need to do an ohms test on the sensor itself and it should read at room tempreture between 1000-1100 ohms any less then this and you would replace the sensor. If you did have between the proper amount of ohms on the tempreture sensor you would then look at replaceing the control board but most likely in your unit it is due to a bad oven tempreture sensor. If you have any further questions message me back also make sure you unplug the sensor and the oven before performing this test. Thanks Rick

The oven heating element seems to be working but the fan is not working. It appears that the oven is reaching temp very quick and there is a red glow coming from the back of the oven which is where I...

If you can see the element heating up, but the fan is not working, then you need to replace the fan motor assy, if you do not, then the element is in danger of burning out.

Re Westinghouse Kimberly 509 upright fan forced oven. The oven will not heat past 80C. Everything else works fine. I wonder if the element is on its way out maybe or the thermostat is broken?

have u checked the ingitor you would need to have a voltage meter that reads amperes attach it to the ingitor wire should be reading between 3 and 3.3 amps anything that is less you would have to change the ignitor. what happens is the oven heats to a certain tempreture at which time the gas goes off when the tempreture falls the gas comes back on and the ignitor ignites the flame check your ingitor and message me back with any questions you may have and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation Thanks again
p.s this is for the gas version only if your model is electric message me back with correct model number Thanks again

you have to be able to check the ignitor in the lower oven sounds like you have a weak ignitor when this happens it is taking to long for the oven to light and when it reaches to a tempreture it shuts off the ignitor in which case when it trys to reach to the tempreture that you have set it trys to ingnite again look to buy a new ignitor

Fan oven does not heat up. The fan works but oven doesn't reach temperature. It has been working fine

whilst the fan is running the heating element which is usually in parallel with it should heat.. This usually means a faulty element..
