Actually it means you have been a avid user of your unit.
Unplug the unit remove the motor shroud, then go to the end of your unit I believe it uses an allen wrench loosen the belt. Now while at this portion count how many times you have turn the bols son each side then write it down so when you are ready to apply the same tension you be in the ball park. Now what you need to do is actually see if it is the front unraveling or it is the running belt. then that said done call BH and order the part or parts needed complete the repair or ask them if they have a reliable servicer in the area to complete the repair for you.

Testimonial: "Ok it is the front cilinder rubber that is getting loose or broken ... The back cilinder does not use any rubber and the running belt is ok. But still i am not shure if this was caused by its use. I think this rubber is needed because the motor needs some kind of contact between the running belt and the cilinder. But i didn´t use it so much in order to tear the rubber apart..."
