The Grand Voyager radio code will probably need to be reset at the dealer. Depending on the year of the vehicle, They will most likely need to hook up a diagnostic tester to the OBDII port on your vehicle to retrieve your code stored in the memory, or they will need to reset your code. Sorry it isn't simpler......
