If so then launch a startup repair. This problem is because when the system suddenly powered off . Its good to launch a startup repair... This will fix the startup problems

You always want to start your windows normally.
In my 10 years as a computer technician I have learned that you never use the startup repair option cause it will never help.

Aspire 5475 freezes on startup


It is most certainly a driver, but if you cant access the safe mode also that could be a hardware issue.. Try to troubleshoot with a windows installation cd. Put it in and boot the pc. It will start the windows instalation, you choose repair computer and not install windows. The command prompt will open, try to troubleshoot from there.. Thanks!

My computer was set back to factory setting in safe mode now it wont get to windows


I'll recommend you to insert a windows installation disk or windows repair disk
and then press repair computer, make sure your operating system is listed and press next , then launch startup repair, which will automatically detect for the problem that occured while booting and try to fix it and if this doesn't work try a system restore

Hi! According to me, you will need to reinstall the windows to fix this problem.
Vista sucks...why dont you go for Windows 7?
I recommend XP or Windows 7.....
