Question about Cell Phones
First, check that your data plan has not changed, SMS becomes unavailable if texting on your phone is disabled by your provider.
If you have it or have been using SMS right along and it has stopped, you probably have a bug that effected some of the SE phones. To test it, restart the phone and see if SMS works again for a short period of time. If it works once or twice after restart then stops again, you have the bug. You simply need to back up everything (contacts, calendar, sms, images, anything on memory card... EVERYTHING) and manually update with SE Update Service (in the support section on the SE site...) to fix the issue.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
