When an upstream device performs an active/standby switchover, its IP address remains unchanged, but its MAC address changes. The downstream switch(such as S2309TP-EI-AC) cannot detect the MAC address change in traffic, and cannot update ARP entries. Incoming traffic, therefore, cannot be forwarded. The aging time of ARP entries on the switch is 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the switch learns ARP entries of the upstream device again, and the traffic can be forwarded. To shorten the service interruption period, set a shorter aging time for ARP entries. In V100R006 and later versions, run the mac-address update arp command to enable the switch to update ARP entries when the MAC addresses of upstream devices change, which shortens traffic interruption period (within seconds).
BT gave me solution, which (so far) seems to work: Reset the software of the telephone to default settings... On any handset - 1. Press 'menu' 2. Scroll to 'settings' & press 'ok' 3. Scroll to 'base' & press 'ok' 4. Scroll to 'reset base' & press 'ok' 5. 'System PIN' will be displayed - enter '0000' (unless you have altered the default pin number) 6. Press 'ok' 7. Press 'yes' 8. Switch the main base station off at the power & remove the batteries from all handsets for approximately 30 minutes . This didn't reset my address book (thank goodness) but did reset some other settings, such as time/date, OGM, group ringtones etc.

It's determined by how much you are in and out of the unit, the board uses the light switch to count how many times you open and close the door if the switch isn't working properly it won't defrost often.Under normal usage you should get at least 2 defrosts in 24 hours.
You may have to install new batteries, a few times. The Capacitor will **** the life out of the batteries as it builds up its charge. I have a Hasselblad D-Flash 40 this happened to. Bought as Mint. Not used in over 1 year. When I received it, I was absolutely pissed that I bought more ebay junk. But, I persisted. I think I went through 30 batteries, before the Capacitor rejuvenated itself. Try. Best of luck.
Main reason i computer being occupied by active applications those are running in background (discreetly). You can reduce the quantity of startup items by using MSCONFIG utility. Also you can change the performance settings. (You can choose best performance instead of best appearence). Some features of the operating system can be stopped to increase the performance. For example turning of system restore option sometimes increases the performance 10-15%. Also performing periodical (weekly recommended) instant maintenance by using disk clean up tool. I have given some basic options if you need further details please post your questions.
Yeppers very common problem .. If the noise dosent come from the speakers then the problem is in the motor in the cassette deck. if the problem comes from the speakers when the deck is playing a tape, then the problem is in the record/playback switch. you may beable to fix it by spraying just a lttle bit of tuner cleaner inside the switch. It shouldnt cost much to have a repair shop do this as if you spray too much your going to ruin the belts and the mechanism. Good Luck
