Question about Rinnai Vent Free Gas Heater/: 6,000 BTU RCE-229A
I am attaching a link, it is the installers guide,
there are a couple of things that I would check first, did you bleed the air out of the gasline before trying to start the system? Another common issue is the polerity of the electrical plug, reverse the plug leads, it is very common with units that have computer boards to lock out, and since it is in a new location, reverse the plug wires and then follow the reset proccedure in the manual.
Please contact me back if I can help you further. Have a great day.
