Whirlpool awm 5104 - The machine turns on and the light is working so is the drain function but the drum isn't revolving. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Hi,
May be the belt at the back of the machine is loosen or cut off kindly check it and replace the belt

If you are talking about the drain pump strainer, you need to remove the lower front panel. should be 3 screws on the bottom facing forward. Once you have that off, the pump strainer is almost in the center, facing you. unscrew it counterclockwise to remove.

run some affresh through the machine. also make sure you are using HE detergent. run the cleaner at least once a month

F 19 error on Whirlpool AWM 8085


F15 - Motor Control Unit (MCU) Error - Disconnect power and unplug unit to check wire harness connections to the motor, MCU, and Central Control Unit (CCU).
Check the drive belt and reconnect power and plug unit in.
Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor and check the drive motor for powered rotations.
Replace failed component.

the despencer has a motor on it are a water valve that puts the water into the right despencer at the right time to make it work look under the top if its a water valve type needs new valve
