How do you take your pictures you want on kodak easy share and put them in certain folders like all my daughters pictures in one folder ect and how do i upload them to places like face book and my space and what is the picture tray for????? please help im going crazy
To create a new album on Kodak EasyShare, you can go to Albums menu -> New Album. To add pictures to this album, select the album that you want and click on Add Pictures which you see on your screen.
If you want to work on a picture u just drag and drop it to Picture Tray. You may want to work on multiple pictures so it's just a space where you can leave them, and work on any.
To upload on My Space, once you're at the Home Page, click "Photos" or "Pictures", click on "add an album", type in name, and then click "Add" on the top. A new window will open showing 2 tabs "My Computer" and "Pictures on my space". Under "My Computer" find your desired picture, select it on the right side and click on "Send".

Probably not. Try this....create a folder on your desktop. Open easyshare and select all of your pictures. Drag and drop them into the folder. Double-click the folder to make sure the pictures are there. If they are, then you can uninstall easy share.
The camera is loading a application that uses JAVA script and thus there might be a issue with the program itself.
Kodak comes with Easy share software witch allows you to share your photos on sites like Face book, ect.
What you could do at this point if you want a FAST solution is:
1. Click on START then MY COMPUTER
2. The camera should be there under STORAGE DEVICES
3. Click on the camera or storage device then click on the folder witch will open up a couple folders for video and pictures.
4. Right mouse click and drag over all the files then click MOVE/ or copy
5. Select your hard drive C:/ then select USERS then my pictures
6. right click in the my pictures folder then click paste!
This will safe your pictures to your local hard drive if you use the MOVE command it will delete the photos off the camera and move it to that folder.
The other option is to reinstall the Kodak software that came with the camera.
If you goto my compter while camera is plugged in and on. find its storage drive and navagate through the folders untill you find your images . goto edit and select all then right click on one of them and goto cut. come back to your my document folder , pictures, then create a folder insdide my pictures and right click on it and choose paste. all the picture will be taken from camera and sent to this new folder. hope this helps
Drag pictures from kodak easyshare program to your "pictures" folder. You can also bypass the easy share program and go to "my computer" than find the drive that has your camera and open it. Now you drag drag these pictures to your "pictures" folder under my documents or wherever you store them
I also have kodak easy share. when you open kodak folder you just find pictures you want and send them to your email. then go to email and copy picture to your pictures.
You may need to resize the pictures as they are huge . have you tried doing this .
The Kodak Easyshare software just index the pictures they do not store them at all you can locate the pictures on the computer by
Click start then look for search type in in the search box *jpg And it will display all the pictures that you have on your computer
To fix the problem regarding the easyshare software try uninstall it from your computer Then download the clear utility www.kodak.com/go/clear then download the latest version of the easyshare software www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw
Just save your pictures to "My Pictures" folder (windows xp) or "Pictures" folder (windows vista). Then, right click on your desktop and go to Properties (win xp) or Personalize (win vista), then on Screen Saver, select "My picture slideshow" and you will have your pictures as your screensaver.
Your pictures may still be there. Maybe the Kodak easy share software just doesn't know how to find them. Try following these instructions to see if your pictures are safe.
Double-click on My Computer
Double-click on Local Disk (C:)
Double-click on Documents and Settings
Find your windows account name. This is the same name that should appear when you click on the start menu, and look for a name at the very top. Now double click on your account name.
Double-click on My Documents
Double-click on My Pictures
You should see a folder in here called Kodak Pictures. Open it up, and drill down until you see some pictures. If you still see them, then it's as simple as remapping the Kodak Software to find them. If not, they could have been deleted or moved to another location.
Comment back on your progress, and i'll see if I can help you more. Steven
you're not trying to burn the pictures to your 'MyPictures' thing.
close that and go get the EasyShare disc, your EasyShare Kodak camera (i hope) and your transfer cord
Plug your transfer cable into the camera from the small end, and the large end into the USB port of your computer. This allows the computer to recognize the camera and begin building adapters for it. Insert the disk for the Kodak Easy Share program into your disk drive. Go to your "Start" button and hit "Run." This will bring up a window allowing you to choose the letter of your disk drive to find the file to run. Your computer may have Autorun, so it is possible you do not have to follow this step. If you do not have Autorun, click on the letter of your drive and choose the "Easyshare.exe" file when it populates. Then hit "Run" on the bottom of the window to continue. Click on "Next" on your Install Wizard when it begins. This sets up the program to be used if you do not already have it on your computer. Click "Next" on all following boxes, as this gives you the basic set up and files needed to run the program. Wait for the program to begin. Once it has populated the window with a gray Kodak Easy Share block at the top of the window, you are ready to begin. Click on "Add Pictures" on the top left corner of the window. A new window will generate. Go down to the last half of the window on the left and click on the Kodak Easy Share file. This is where your pictures are being taken directly from your camera, which is the drive or USB port it is connected to. Choose on the next box the folder you wish to save your pictures under. You can opt to leave it in the Easy Share folder, or to rename the folder for the type of pictures you are uploading. If you have wedding pictures, you could right click on the folder and hit "Rename." Then type in "Wedding Pictures" and click anywhere on the screen. This will save your folder name. Delete the pictures from the camera after they upload is an option you can choose to click on if you want your camera erased when the pictures are done. If you want this, click the box next to the "Delete From Camera" option under the folder name area. When you are ready to upload, click "Done" in the bottom left corner of the window. Now you have uploaded your pictures to your computer and cleared your camera.
