Reset the machine

Hi, I want to reset the whole machine and customize it the way our office wants it!

    if you want to reset the entire machine though here is the procedure.





    1. At the Control Panel, press and hold the 0 key for 5 seconds, then press the Start button while still pressing the 0 key.

      The CE Mode - Password Entry screen will appear.


    2. Enter the Access Number 6789 and press Confirm.

      The colors on the display are reversed to indicate that UI Diagnostics mode is active.

    1. Access Diagnostic Routines.



      1. Enter UI Diagnostics (Entering UI Diagnostics in UI Diagnostic Mode).


      2. Access Diagnostic Routines (Accessing Diagnostic Routines in UI Diagnostic Mode).


    2. Select Maintenance/Diagnostics.


    3. Select Initialize NVM.


    4. Select the desired item, then press the Start button.


    5. After initialization is complete, use the data accumulated in Initial Actions to restore the machine to its previous configuration.

    Initial Actions



    • Disconnect any Foreign Interface devices.


    • Obtain all of the following information:



      • NVM value factory setting report (typically it is located in the Inner Cover pocket)


      • Any customer setting Auditron account from the system administrator


      • Any setting changes (specifically NVM settings) shown on the machine’s service log.


      • Any customer settings in the Tools mode.

Dyson reset button


Hi there,

DC25 doesn't have a reset button - if the brushbar isn't rotating, please follow the steps shown in the video below to check the cleaner head and brushbar for obstructions, then reset the machine.

Please note, the brushbar will never rotate when the machine is standing upright, so make sure you recline your DC25 into the vacuuming position before testing it.

When i plug thr machine in the power light does not light up. Is their a reset button.


Hi your shredder may have a power problem or the power cord may be bad and you can also try plug the shredder into another wall outlet.

Need to reset my acer computer to factory settings.


Hi! Try system restore first and check if that will remove the virus but if not then you can reset the machine to factory defaults by pressing ALT+F10 during start up or when the acer logo appears on your screen.Follow the prompts and you should be able to reset the computer to factory image.Make sure you back up important files because it will wipe the system clean.hope this helps...

What is error code E000 mean


Solution:
Press "Additional Functions",
Press "#", then press the "Right Arrow" button till it says, "Printer",
Then press "Set" then press the "Right Arrow" button again until it says "Printer Reset"
Then press "Set" again, the display will ask you "Yes" or "No".
Press the "Left" arrow for "Yes", then press "Set".
Now, unplug the power cord and wait 5 seconds and plug back in.

If this don't work, get a new fuser.

function-7- then press the monitor key 4 times slowly-- then press start button [*] - should say service mode.. then press 6 then use the down arrow till you see shipment set. press start then press start -then you can reset the counters if you want . have fun

Buffer full message



"The Buffer Full message is displayed if more than 60 characters, this
would include symbols, accents, and returns, have been entered to be
print. To clear this message press the BS key to delete some existing
text and rephrase the text to maximum of 60 characters.

However if the Buffer Full message is displayed before 60 characters
have been entered to be print, then your P-touch may need to be reset.
To reset the machine:

1. Power off the machine.

2. Hold down the ""CODE"" and the C""LEAR"" keys.

3. With both keys depressed, press the ""ON/OFF"" key once.

4. Release the ""CODE"" and the ""CLEAR"" keys.

Some models have a reset button on the boiler, some have a fuse that can be replaced.
