Question about Craftsman 42 in. Deck 19.5hp Lawn Tractor
While riding the mower and cutting grass, I turned the key one click to the left (lights), the mower slowly died. Even after I bought a new battery for it, the mower has not started since. Like there is absolutely no noise or grinding or clicking sounds, electricity is not there. I found no loose wires. Pls help. Thank you.
I have a feeling what happened was you shorted out the ignition switch, somehow. If you can get behind the switch without much trouble, try to jump the wires together 2 at a time just to see if it will jump the , lights, starter, ignition, one of the 3. or get a voltage tester, it will do the same thing. There is a fuse on there in the line, sits next to the battery. check it. Hope this helps,
