An error in NP 6050

E030 Does pertain to the total copy counter. If you have changed the dc controller & copy counter & still get the E030 error, you may have to enter the service mode to release the error. In service mode under *4* (function) advance to the error screen & press the star button. If you do not know how to get into service mode you can email me at bspier@carlsonsupplies.com or call Bill @ 315-701-1279 Please put canon 6050 E030 in subject line in case my email dumps it into the junk folder.
