If the charger cord moves a tiny bit it would stop charging, so I ordered a new charger & it still don't charge. the charge lights wont come on the computer @ all.

Check your manual some chargers drop to a battery maintain mode.... Basically a tiny tiny charge.

I had same problem. I found a Zip Tie had dug in the wires that only effected the charging not the controlling part. Till the Zip Tie dug in farther, till it cut another wire, preventing the chair to move. That's is when I discovered it. After finding this out, my old batteries were probably good. I just assumed it was their end of life

The batteries need charging and when you plug in the charger and the power is on the lights wil flash indicating that the charger is plugged in. Now look at the rear of the chair near where the charger cord plugs into the chair and you should see a voltmeter. With the charger plugged in the voltmeter will indicate about 5-6 amps and after charging overnight the voltmeter should be reading 0 amps. If when you plug in the charger cord and the voltmeter indicates 0 amps then I would suspect that the charger is not working or that the fuse is blown in the charger circuit. The only way to see if the batteries charge would be to borrow or find an offboard charger that will plug into the charger port located under the front of the joystick and after charging for 10-12 hours see if the battery level lights show full charge Hope this helps

I think you need a new battery.

Ok all mine had the same problem however problem has been solved! The power cord that plugs into the charger is a common cord you may have laying around the house. I switched the power cord to my charger and the dreaded blinking stopped! Its just a bad power cord to the charging unit! Hope this helps!

Mine has the same problem!! it's definitly the phone I've tried 300 different chargers

mine has gotten so bad I have to hold it in place the whole time that it is charging

recently I made a contraption out of duct tape and a vice grip to hold the cord in the right place that it would keep charging

that worked for a while but now even that is unreliable

it sucks

My solution : Get a new (completely different) phone

try borrowing another charger that fits your phone, If it works change the charger as the cord might be broken//

It's a known Fault with the NP-20 battery don't order one and pay for it, ring or e-mail casio customer service they should send you one out for free!! When you receive the new one don't let it die, make sure and keep it partially charged at all time or the charger won't recognize it. Really casio should recall this battery but for some reason they insist on replacing faulty batteries with more faulty batteries!??!

same thing happened with my friend, its a minor bug in the env, call 18009220204 (customer service) and tell them your problem, they should be more than happy to help you. they gave her a brand new phone free of charge. hope this helpeddddd;)
