How do I fix itunes unknown error (-50) on a dell vostro 1510 with windows 95?

Are you posting questions just to be a pain?
The Dell Vostros 1510 was released in 2008, it was never designed for Windows 95 and I seriously doubt they would have created W95 drivers for the hardware.
Dell Vostro 1510 Review NotebookReview com
The new iTunes is not 10.6.3, that was released in 2012
Apple releases iTunes 10 6 3
and even if it was, iTunes was never released for W95, the first Windows OS it supported was Windows 2000

Unknown error 13 or 14 ipod touch, iphone, itunes

Error 13 and 14: These errors are typically resolved by performing one of more of the steps listed below:

Perform USB isolation troubleshooting, including a different USB port directly on the computer.

Put a USB 2.0 hub between the device and the computer.
Try a different USB 30-pin dock connector cable.

Eliminate third-party security software conflicts by following iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software.

There may be third-party software installed that modifies your default packet size in Windows by inserting a TcpWindowSize entry into your Registry. If your default packet size is set incorrectly it can cause this error. Contact the manufacturer of the software that installed the packet size modification for assistance.

Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, bypassing any routers, hubs, or switches. You may need to restart your computer and modem to get online.

Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.

Please try to re-install iTunes. You need to completely uninstall it and then install it again. Here's a link to help you out with the details:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1925 When installing it again, run it as an administrator (Only if you are running windows vista or windows 7), by right clicking on the setup and clicking on 'Run as Administrator'. Also disable all the antivirus you have running on your computer while you install iTunes.

I cannot access the iTunes store. I get an itunes store: error -50

The following alerts may appear when trying to download purchased content from the iTunes Store:
"There was an error downloading your purchased music. An unknown error occurred (-50)." This can happen when the connection timeout occurs while downloading purchased content from the iTunes Store. Certain types of software may also affect the way a computer sends and receives information from the internet. Here are a few examples of these types of software:
  • Firewalls
  • Web Accelerators
  • Ad Filters
  • Virus Protection Software
try to disable them for a while when you download something from iTunes.

When i try to open iTunes a message pops up saying " the iTunes application could not be opened. An unknown error occurred (-50)

The only options for this error are for solving the problem of iTunes not opening, which are listed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1717

I suggest trying to re-install iTunes first, then go through the solutions on that page. Print off the page before you start trying to fix it, and include all sections (check in print preview).
