I bought the ku990 2 weeks ago i live in the US.. my service provider is T-MOBILE. it was working fine with the sim card in and i had good service til a week ago where it just stopped working wouldn't get any service just keeps saying.... SEARCHING.......... NO NETWORK... i did the factory reset by inputting the code 3845#*990# and did the DEBUG wouldn't fix it, did the reset mode didn't do anything... any suggestions????????
That happen to me too! And they wouldn't let me get a warranty! or insurance!
I learned that its not t-mobiles fault. But thats about it.... so i brought it back to the guy i bought it from and he sent it to.. wherever it came from but they weren't able to fix it. But there getting a new hardware so there keeping it to see. Hopefully it'll get fixed.

I suppose you are talking about the PIN code you received with the SIM card?? Well at the same time you received also a PUC1 & PUC2 code,(' sometimes you have to call you service provider and they will supply you with the PUC1 code, after verifying your identity) if the SIM card is locked, you need to enter the PUC1 code to unblock it, if you mess this up ( more than 10 attempts) the SIM card becomes unrecoverable! Only your service Provider will issue e new card!
You need to understand that puk code has noting to do with your phone, it is a personal unblocking key for the sim card.
This code is a random number generated by the service provider, each sim card has its own number / code.
No one can calculate or get this code for you, you only can contact the service provider to get the puk code. OR then buy a prepaid sim card or get another sim card, but you can't get the puk code if the service provider won't supply it to you. No one else can get it for you. if you take the sim card out from the phone, the phone will work with another sim card.
The puk comes up when the pin code has been entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk code for your sim card, you have to call the service provider of that sim card. They are the only ones who can provide you with the right puk code for that sim card.
The puk code may also have came with the documentation of the sim card, if its a prepaid card the puk code comes on the documents or on the box of the product.
if your unable to obtain the puk code, get a new sim card.
also entering the puk code wrong too many times will eventually ruin the sim card forcing you to buy or contact your service provider for a new sim card.
There are no puk code calculators or anything that we can do about it, you can buy premium assistance and you will get this same response. There is no other solution.

go to tmobile website. search t-mobile wireless data configurator click link saying begin the configurator and follow instructions. U can get the configurations via text message and it gets done in like 10 seconds.
