Probably just a weak ignitor. Fairly common on these. If you can change a spark lug you can change an ignitor.. These get weak and dim. if yours comes on but is dim orange it is weak and not allowing the bi-metal to open. If yall bump the stove and the oven comes on that is another sign of a worn out ignitor:

The first thing to check is the required, inline gas shutoff valve. Is it fully ON. I know it had to be turned off to complete the conversion to LP Gas.Secondly, if you had a convertible gas regulator, was the little pin reinstalled in the proper direction. If you didn't have a convertible gas regulator, are you sure the one you changed to, is in fact for LP Gas? If not, there would be little to no gas flow. As Natural gas requires a different pressure than Propane Gas.
In addition, there may be air in the line, from when the gas was turned OFF. That air will need to be purged from the line. You can do this, by trying to continually light a burner. If after 5 minutes there's no gas. The problem may lie in an obstruction in the gas line. Check for any trash (pieces of Teflon tape, Pipe Joint Compound, etc) in the line to the cook top.
Also, if you have the equipment to do so. Check the water column inch after the regulator. It should be 11 to 13 water column inches for Propane & 7 for Natural Gas. If you don't have the equipment, contact your Propane Provider as they do have it.
Hope this helped you to further troubleshoot and solve the problem Please let me know. Thanks.

These clocks are built to operate at 50 cycles(Europe) and 60 cycles(USA) and this is controlled by the audible alarm setting. The clock has to be set on the loudest (highest tone) alarm for the clock to operate at the correct setting. You control the loudness of the alarm by pushing the minus button (second from the right) repeatedly until you here the loudest (highest) sounding tone. Leave it at that setting and the clock will work fine.
