How to fix a no signal monitor ?

If you have a known-good video card and a known-good VGA cable connected, another possibility is that the monitor is defective

No signal screen on moitor m3641

This message you get when your computer does not send a video signal on to the monitor..If ti seams to start and the fan is working ..check the cables to be proper inserted (the vga cable ..the one with protection screws on ) ..and if all is in place than it may be the video card to blame ..
If you have a pci or agp card installed ..other than the on board video card ..use that ..cause if you plugged it in the on board card will have no signal as long as the pci card is inserted..If the agp/pci one is not working ..and you do have a on-board card ..remove the one in the slot ..and use the on board one until you will get a new card
let me know what you have managed to do ..

The computer shuts down after 10 to 30 min..I have already change the fan.

When computers shut down like this they are getting the signal from the motherboard. This is most likely a thermal shutdown signal from the processor. When you changed the fan, did you clean the processor off and apply a small thin layer of thermal paste? The processor may not be cooling properly or the motherboard is getting a bad signal from the processor's thermal circuit. Try new thermal paste on the processor and then go through the board again and make sure everything is in its place. Also, leave the side panel off and see if the system stays running, this will aid in the cooling. Let us know if it works, if not we may have more ideas to help.

No signal imput i cleaned the video card ram and prosseser but one of the prongs was bent on the prosseser i bent it back but still get no signal

why it is bent? have you removed it at put it back? maybe when you try to put back your processor on the motherboard you place not the exact way. you don't need to pull out the processor, all you need to do is replace either RAM on VC, if does not work try to have a Mboard, if not work now its that the time to change your processor, or buy a new one..

You have to go to the foxconn website and check the specs for the board that you have. It will list the processors that are compatible. You have to get the right socket config too
