Question about Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation
I am having problems with my ipod nano. Itunes says it has synced my ipod and there is songs on it. My ipod also says there is content on it (under settings), but it says there is no music or anything else on it. I have reset the ipod and restored it. I have deleted itunes from my computer (and Quicktime) and reinstalled them. I took my ipod to the apple store and the guys at the genius bar said there was nothing wrong with the ipod itself. They think its something to do with my computer and suggested the itunes reinstall. Now that hasn't helped and I am having the same problem. Any suggestions?
Connect your ipod to your computer-> Open Mycomputer->Right-click on iPOD and click format.. This usually fixes these kind of problems.. Try it and let me know..

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
